The service
ZTune4U creates personalized songs based on the information you provide. Songs are produced by our team; automated production is not offered unless and until expressly made available.
Your content
You confirm you have the right to share the information you submit. You grant us permission to use it solely to create and deliver your song. You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of what you submit.
Usage rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, your personalized song is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. We do not guarantee exclusive ownership or copyright transfer, and rights in any underlying compositions remain as applicable law provides. Commercial use requires separate written agreement.
Originality
We create original work and do not imitate a specific artist's voice or reproduce copyrighted songs. Stylistic preferences you provide are used as general direction only.
Revisions and delivery
Each package includes a set number of revisions. Delivery estimates are targets, not guarantees. We will communicate if more time is needed.
Payment
Prices are shown at checkout and charged through our payment provider. All pricing is confirmed server-side at the time of purchase.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZTune4U is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
