Custom work
Because every song is custom-made from your submission, orders are generally non-refundable once production has begun. We want you to love your song, so we build revisions into every package.
Revisions first
If something isn't right, request a revision within your package's limit and we'll work to make it right. Most concerns are resolved this way.
Before production
If you cancel before we begin production, you're eligible for a full refund. Contact us as soon as possible after ordering.
Issues with delivery
If there's a technical problem that prevents us from delivering your song, we'll either fix it or provide a refund.
